Through Catalyst’s new MOOCs on edX, students will gain insight into their own leadership style, while developing a better understanding of how to build more inclusive, innovative and diverse workplaces. Catalyst research shows that gender-diverse companies are, on average, more profitable and more innovative. And according to Catalyst’s recent report,Inclusive Leadership: The View From Six Countries, women and men who felt included were more likely to report going far beyond basic work requirements and suggest new product ideas and ways of getting work done.

Please join me in welcoming Catalyst, and we look forward to bringing you more news about their future course offerings.
