We’re here this week at Delft University of Technology for #FutureEDU. As our worldwide team shares our experiences and explores the future of education both online and on campus, I am pleased to announce our newest edX members: The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Wageningen University.
Both The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Wageningen University will join edX as Contributing Members.
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University is a leading university that excels in professional education, applied research and partnership for the betterment of Hong Kong, the nation and the world. As HKPolyUx, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University will begin offering classes on edX in August 2015.
Wageningen University is the only university in the Netherlands that specifically focuses on ‘healthy food and living environment’ by working closes with governments and the business community. Their mission is to explore the potential of nature to improve the quality of life through research and education. We look forward to WageningenX’s courses, which will begin in spring 2015.
We are honored to welcome these renowned institutions committed to increasing access to education worldwide and to creating a culture of continuous, lifelong learning. We look forward to bringing you more information about our newest members and the great courses they will be providing to you, our edX community. We will also announce more new members in the weeks to come, and we look forward to sharing additional news and new courses with you soon.
