In 2015, we were proud to announce a collaboration with Microsoft to help K-12 school leaders spark innovation and enhance learning. Today, that promise becomes a reality with Microsoft in Education on edX and the first course, Launching Innovation in Schools from MITx, starts today with additional courses beginning in January, February and March.
Bringing together the best in technology with experts in education, Microsoft in Education MOOCs harness the power of technology to improve education, inspire leadership and drive systemic change.
As part of the Microsoft in Education collaboration, prestigious edX university partners – MIT, UQ and Michigan – developed courses for principals, superintendents and school leaders to design the classrooms of tomorrow. These courses address the unique needs of school administrators as they solve for the changing educational and technology landscape. The courses are available globally to impact learning throughout the world.
There are many challenges and opportunities that education leaders face as they craft the curricula of tomorrow. With the support of the global edX platform and Microsoft, MIT, University of Michigan and The University of Queensland are able to share their educational expertise with learners around the world to help shape educational innovation, drive improvements in teaching and enhance learning.
We are honored to collaborate with Microsoft, MIT, University of Michigan and The University of Queensland to help support teachers and school leaders around the world.
